RaceTalkRadio, online home to popular radio shows such as SpeedFreaks, Doin’ Donuts, and WFO with Joe Castello, is the premiere website to find an array of talk radio shows focused on ‘all things racing.’ While RaceTalkRadio has certainly covered their fair share of NHRA in the past, they’ve never had a program specifically geared towards drag racing. The Alexis DeJoria Racing Hour is the network’s first venture into exclusive coverage of the popular sport. The format of the show will be thirty minutes in length, and will air ‘on demand’ on RaceTalkRadio.com, available at noon, EST every Friday of an NHRA race weekend. The show can also be heard at all NASCAR events on fans’ Racing Electronic Scanners at frequency 454.5000. Dennis, Alexis, and a rotating special guest will provide listeners with the latest drag racing news, as well as up-to-date coverage of Alexis’ Rookie Season, providing fans with the unique experience of getting an ‘inside look’ at the Kalitta Motorsports driver. Each week the show will feature a different ‘drag racing newsmaker,’ which will include NHRA up-and-comers, ‘greats’ from the sport’s past, crew members, other drivers, media personalities, etc. The first show will air this Friday, February 10th.
